Cancellation policy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your booking time.

This can be done online following prompts from your confirmation email/text or logging into your Fresha account. This allows time for someone else to hopefully take this treatment time.

Both yours & your therapists time is valuable. Cancelling within 12 hours of your treatment must be done via phone call/text & will incur a 50% surcharge (of your treatment).

No-show appointments will be charged 100%.
